Most engagements move from first call to embedded engineers in about two weeks. For staff augmentation we can often move faster when the stack is a clean match.

You pay a single transparent rate with no recruitment fees, no benefits overhead, no equipment, and no severance. You also avoid the months of salary you'd spend sourcing and onboarding a permanent hire. Most teams find augmentation cheaper than the fully-loaded cost of a full-time seat.

We staff senior-only by default — a 5+ year floor for engineers and 10+ years for fractional specialists. Every engineer is vetted for your specific stack and domain before you meet them.

Our engineers work with meaningful overlap to your business hours and are async-fluent — they live in your stand-ups, board, and chat. You manage them the same way you manage your in-house team.

You do, fully. All code, IP, and documentation produced during the engagement belong to you, governed by a clear contract from day one.
