A non-technical founder had a validated concept and seed funding but no engineering team, and needed a production-grade product — not a throwaway prototype — to launch with.
Our approach
We ran a two-week discovery to lock scope, then delivered design, build, and QA as a fixed-scope project. A single delivery lead owned the timeline and weekly demos kept the founder in the loop.
The outcome
The product shipped in 14 weeks with full code and IP handed to the client. We provided 60 days of post-launch support as the founder hired their first in-house engineer.
